Most of our work is custom embroidery, created just for you.

Please read this before placing a custom order.

            Design & Approval

• We will provide a mockup or description of your design before production.

• It is your responsibility to check spelling, colors, and details carefully.

• Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made.
  Production Time

• Large or complex orders may require more time; we will confirm this before you pay.

• If you need a rush order, please ask before ordering—rush fees may apply.
  Payment

• Custom orders must be paid in full before we begin production.

• For large orders, we may require a non‑refundable deposit.
  Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before design approval and before production starts.

• Once production has started, cancellations are not possible and no refunds will be issued.
  Customer-Supplied Items

• If you provide your own garments/items, we will handle them with care,
  but we cannot guarantee results on all fabrics and are not responsible
  if an item is damaged during embroidery.
  Artwork & Logos

• By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it.

• We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues.
